How a new city, Lake Point, UT used Civic Review as a partner to take control of their permits and licenses

Background

Newly incorporated in 2022, Lake Point sits on the southern shore of the Great Salt Lake. With a population of 2, 600, this beautiful community continues to grow; and prides itself on the businesses and services available to it’s residents and patrons.

Challenges

As a new city, Lake Point didn’t have an existing permitting process. But, with new buildings and businesses popping up, they needed to find a solution that would fit their current budget and grow with them.

Solution
